Are there any special hook ups or services I need for an LCD television or HDTV?
Shopping for a new television and don’t want to get over my head…thanks!
If you’re subscribing to standard-definition (non-HD) cable, then you may not need an HDTV (unless you’ll be using it for a lot of HD games and BluRay movies). Standard-definition sources look worse on HDTV’s, especially LCD’s. So if you have cable or satellite, make sure you get HD service with it to take full advantage of the increased resolution of your TV.
